Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the maybank2u platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and all other policies published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and maybank2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The maybank2u platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of maybank2u services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party;
  • Ensuring that all activity carried out under your account is activity you have authorised;
  • Notify maybank2u immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • Ensuring your profile information is always accurate and up to date;
  • Complying with all applicable Malaysian local laws while using the platform.

Maybank2u is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the maybank2u platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:

  • Using any automated software, bots, or other tools to manipulate games or platform processes;
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment details;
  • Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system;
  • Sharing your account or allowing another person to play using your account;
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities;
  • Distributing obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.

Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account without prior notice, and maybank2u reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending further investigation.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the maybank2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include FPX online banking, TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and other local payment methods listed on the platform from time to time.

Users agree that:

  • All deposits are final once processed and are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable technical errors;
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same account holder's name;
  • Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents;
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days;
  • Any taxes or additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Maybank2u reserves the right to limit or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud or violates our anti-money laundering policy.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, maybank2u shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from system outages, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.

This platform is provided "as is" and maybank2u makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. That said, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of system uptime and will notify users of any scheduled maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the maybank2u platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of maybank2u and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

This platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. maybank2u has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Maybank2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice under the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, law enforcement requests, or at the platform's discretion for reasonable cause. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for refund upon completion of the investigation.

Changes to These Terms

Maybank2u reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such claim.
